Stuffed Spinach Gnocchi

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 grated onion
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 30 cubes of mozzarella
- Ice water and breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
Preparation method
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and spinach for 5 minutes.
- Add water, milk, salt, pepper and bring to the boil.
