Airfryer Fried Banana Ingredients:

– 2 bananas

– 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted

– sugar to taste

– cinnamon powder to taste THE

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place the butter in a non-metallic bowl and melt it in the microwave.
  4. Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C.

Fried Banana in the Airfryer:

  1. Place the bananas on a cutting board and, without peeling them, cut them in half lengthwise: with the peel on there is less risk of them sticking to the Airfryer basket.
  2. Brush the pulp of the sliced ​​bananas with melted butter.
  3. Spread the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the top.
  4. Arrange the bananas in the basket, cut side up, leaving space between them to allow air to circulate.
  5. If necessary, for a larger quantity of bananas, divide into several phases.
  6. Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the airfryer preheated to 180°C.
  7. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown (this time depends on the power of your equipment), adjust if necessary.
  8. Remove the Airfryer basket.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Remove the fried banana(s) in the Airfryer and serve immediately.
  2. If you prefer, remove the peel from the bananas before serving them on plates.
