Airfryer Fried Banana Ingredients:
– 2 bananas
– 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
– sugar to taste
– cinnamon powder to taste THE
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Place the butter in a non-metallic bowl and melt it in the microwave.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C.
PREPARATION:
Fried Banana in the Airfryer:
- Place the bananas on a cutting board and, without peeling them, cut them in half lengthwise: with the peel on there is less risk of them sticking to the Airfryer basket.
- Brush the pulp of the sliced bananas with melted butter.
- Spread the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the top.
- Arrange the bananas in the basket, cut side up, leaving space between them to allow air to circulate.
- If necessary, for a larger quantity of bananas, divide into several phases.
- Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the airfryer preheated to 180°C.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown (this time depends on the power of your equipment), adjust if necessary.
- Remove the Airfryer basket.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Remove the fried banana(s) in the Airfryer and serve immediately.
- If you prefer, remove the peel from the bananas before serving them on plates.
