Cheap bread pudding

Ingredients:
- 7 stale French bread
- 1 liter of milk
- 5 eggs
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation method:
- Place a 20 cm diameter mold with a hole in the center directly on the heat with 1 cup of sugar.
- Hold the pan with a heat glove to avoid burning your hands and, using a wooden spoon, stir until the sugar melts and forms a caramel.
- Using a spoon, spread some caramel around the edges. Book.
- Cut the bread into slices and put it in the blender.
- Heat the milk, pour it over the bread and beat for 1 minute.
- Add the eggs, the remaining sugar, the cinnamon and beat for another 2 minutes.
- Pour into the caramelized mold and place in a preheated medium oven in a bain-marie for 1 hour.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold it. Serve immediately.
