Ingredients:
- 7 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 cup (tea) grated coconut
- 3/4 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup chopped prunes
- Oil for anointing
Syrup:
- 1/3 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
- 1/2 cup (tea) corn glucose
- 1 cup of dried plums
Preparation method:
- In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, add the condensed milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Remove from the heat and then add the plums.
- Pour into a greased 24cm diameter mould with a central hole and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, for the syrup, in a pan over medium heat, cook the sugar, water and glucose for 2 minutes.
- Add the plum and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Unmold the dish, pour the syrup over it and serve immediately.
