Carbonara tie
Time: 20 minutes
Performance: 4 servings

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of bow tie noodles (500g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups bacon (diced)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup (tea) of fresh cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation method:
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until soft but firm (al dente).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the bacon until all the fat is released and golden.
- Add the cooked pasta and then the egg yolks and the egg lightly beaten with the cream.
- Stir until it starts to thicken.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parmesan. Then serve.
