Carbonara tie

Time: 20 minutes

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of bow tie noodles (500g)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups bacon (diced)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup (tea) of fresh cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation method:

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until soft but firm (al dente).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the bacon until all the fat is released and golden.
  3. Add the cooked pasta and then the egg yolks and the egg lightly beaten with the cream.
  4. Stir until it starts to thicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parmesan. Then serve.
