Preparation method

In a blender, beat the banana peels with the eggs, sugar and oil until smooth. In a bowl, mix the flour and yeast. Add the contents of the blender and mix until you get a uniform mass. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Serve then.
