Ingredients:

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped red chili pepper
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 can of drained vegetable selection

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan add the bacon, onion and brown for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add the peppers, tomatoes, olives and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the water, the tomato paste, mix a little and add the meat.
