Chocolate Lemon Ice Cream Cake Recipe for Dessert

Lemon Ice Cream Cake with Chocolate:

Time: 1h30 (+5h in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of natural yogurt (170g)
  • 2 cups sugar (tea)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil (tea).
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Margarine for greasing
  • Lemon zest and chocolate chips to decorate

Filling

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of lemon juice
  • 1 pack of cream (200 g)

Syrup

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk

Coverage

  • 100 g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 pack of cream (100g)

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the yogurt, sugar, eggs and oil in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and mix the juice, flour and yeast.
  3. Transfer to a 22x30cm baking tray lined with greased baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
  5. Allow to cool, unmold and cut in half.
  6. Blend the filling ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Bring the topping ingredients to a boil over low heat in a pan, stirring until thickened. Let cool.
  8. Drizzle half of the cake with half of the mixed syrup ingredients, spread the filling and cover with the other dough.
  9. Drizzle with the remaining syrup and cover with the topping.
  10. Sprinkle with sprinkles, lemon zest and cut into pieces.
  11. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
