Beef stew in the pressure cooker
Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1kg of diced chuck or muscle
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 cups (tea) of water
- 200g wafers in pieces
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
- Chopped green chilli for dusting
Preparation method:
- Heat a pressure cooker with the oil and fry the onion, garlic and meat seasoned with salt and pepper for 3 minutes or until golden.
- Add the water, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Turn off, let the pressure release and open the pan.
- Return to the heat, add the sweet potato, green beans, carrots, green peppers, season with salt and, if necessary, add more water.
- Cover the pan and cook for another 15 minutes after starting to press.
- Turn off, let the pressure release and open the pan.
- Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with the green scent and serve.
