Sweet and sour ginger

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Preparation method:
- Cut the peeled ginger into thin, long slices.
- Cook in water until it starts to boil.
- Drain and leave to cool naturally, without using the refrigerator.
- Mix sugar, salt and vinegar and heat over low heat.
- When it boils, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool.
- Combine everything, place in a container and leave to conserve for at least 2 days.
- Store in refrigerator.
