Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 6 cups (tea) of water
- 1 cube of meat broth
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 300 g of minced fresh ham sausage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil and fry the onion until soft, over medium heat.
- Add 4 cups (tea) of water, the meat broth and bring to the boil.
- In a bowl, dissolve the corn flour in the remaining water.
- Transfer the dissolved cornmeal to the pressure cooker, a little at a time, and stir until it begins to thicken. Lower the heat and cover the pan.
- When it reaches pressure, cook for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and wait for all the pressure to release.
- Open the pan, add the grated cheese, margarine, salt and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- For the sauce, in a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the chopped sausage.
- Add the garlic, onion and fry a little more.
- Add salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
- Place the polenta in a baking dish, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve.
