Sesame Breaded Chicken

Ingredients:
- 800g diced chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sesame seeds
- Oil for frying
- Red pepper sauce to taste to accompany
Garlic Mayonnaise
- 2 unpeeled garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup oil (tea) (approx.)
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- For the mayonnaise, blend the garlic and milk in a blender on medium speed, gradually adding the oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy, continuing to blend.
- If necessary, add more oil.
- Season with salt and store in a gravy boat in the refrigerator.
- Season the chicken with garlic, curry, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Dip in the milk beaten with the eggs and sprinkle with the sesame seeds, covering well.
- Fry, a few at a time, in boiling oil until golden brown.
