In this recipe the mosaic of strawberries, papaya, kiwi and pineapple is assembled on top of lemon jelly. Mosaic Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
- 2 boxes of lemon flavoured gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water
- 4 cans of cold cream without whey
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup diced papaya
- 2 kiwis, diced
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced pineapple (tea)
- Oil for anointing
Preparation method:
- Prepare the unflavoured gelatine according to the instructions on the package and blend half of it in a blender with the lemon gelatine and hot water until well combined.
- Add the cream, the condensed milk and beat until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a medium baking pan greased with oil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Spread out the fruit, drizzle with the remaining unflavoured jelly and place back in the fridge for another 3 hours before unmolding.
- Cut and serve.
