Warm cake with ice cream




Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 200 g of butter at room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Margarine for greasing
  • Chocolate powder for dusting
  • 4 Magnun® chocolate ice creams
  • Chopped strawberries, Brazil nuts and walnuts for decoration

Syrup:

  • 250 g of melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 box of cream
  • 1 tablespoon brandy

Preparation method:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  2. Mix with butter until melted.
  3. Add the eggs and yolks and then mix with a spoon.
  4. Add the sifted sugar and flour and mix gently.
  5. Grease and sprinkle individual bowls with chocolate and pour the batter between them, leaving 1cm from the top.
  6. Arrange on a large baking tray, one next to the other, and bake in a high, preheated oven for 8 minutes or until a crust forms on the surface.
  7. Remove and dip one ice cream into each bowl.
  8. Drizzle with the mixed syrup ingredients, decorate with strawberries, chestnuts and walnuts and then serve.
