The models wore wigs that imitated the diva’s hair in ‘Erotica’
Madonna, international pop diva, was honored this Saturday (21) in a Dolce & Gabbana fashion show during Milan Fashion Week, Italy, entirely dedicated to her.
Sitting in the front row, the star attended the launch of the Italian brand’s spring-summer 2024/2025 collection.
This was the first time the singer was invited to a Dolce & Gabbana fashion show, with whom she has a long-standing friendship that began in 1991. On the catwalk, the models walked wearing wigs that imitated the artist’s blonde, curly hair in “Erotica”, their fifth album, released in 1992.
The queen of pop, who showed up at the show wearing a long black veil that completely covered her face, received hugs and kisses from designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, who came down the catwalk to greet her.
“Madonna has always been our star. It’s thanks to her that so many things have changed in our lives,” they said of their decision to pay homage to the diva at Milan Fashion Week.
