Agatha All Along is a new Marvel series for Disney+, but primarily a spin-off of WandaVision. And it’s pure wonder, as I’ll explain here. Centered on the evil witch Agatha Harkness (Katherine Hahn), it takes us through her most heterogeneous Saturday on the path of the witches, where many challenges await them.
And it is the character played by Joe Locke (Heartstopper) who manages to enchant Agatha, in which she has been trapped for 3 years by Wanda, and convinces her to give her access to the road. Because whoever reaches the end of the road can fulfill one of his greatest wishes.
While Agatha wants to know more about the identity of her “saviour”, the young man is gagged to prevent the witch from having this information. If we don’t yet know why neither the audience nor the protagonist can access his identity, we actually already know who he is… and you’ve already met him (well, almost).
Children of two avengers
According to a rather persistent rumor, Joe Locke is actually Bill, one of the two sons of the Scarlet Witch and Vision. A character who was introduced in WandaVision (but much younger) and who reappeared in Dr Strange 2, in a parallel universe.
Known as Wiccan in the comics, this spirit child of the two Avengers also has magical powers like his mother: he can use chaos magic, cast spells and alter reality (as he does in Westview), as well as levitate and fly.
In Agatha All Along, we don’t know which version of Bill we’re dealing with, and above all, he doesn’t seem to be able to master chaos magic yet. This seems to be the reason why he wants access to the road… and the question that remains on our lips is this: why is he so kind to Agatha when the latter hurt her mother? Or is he pretending to use it?
“If we kept it a secret, it’s for a good reason. “Teenager” (young boy in English) is interesting. To tell you now, it would ruin everything in the series because it’s at the heart of it. Joe Locke said The Hollywood Reporter.
This mystery is one of those distilled in the first two episodes of Agatha All Along, and it’s a good reason to watch the series every week on Disney+.
