Northeast Bakery Muffins, Known As Basin Cupcakes – Super Easy And Delicious Snacking, Quick And Easy To Make In The Airfryer

Recipe for 2 people.

cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Ingredients for Airfryer Muffins:

– 1/2 cup(s) sugar

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

– 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

– 1 cup(s) wheat flour, sifted

– 1 unit of eggs

– 1 tablespoon(s) of baking powder

-90 ml of milk

PREPARATION:

  1. The recipe for 2 portions makes 4 to 5 cupcakes, depending on the size of the pans.
  2. Separate all ingredients and utensils. Remove butter from refrigerator to use at room temperature.
  3. Place the baking molds inside the aluminum or silicone molds to make them easier to handle. If necessary, grease them with a little butter.
  4. Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.

PREPARATION:

Muffin – Cupcake Bowl – Dough Preparation:

  1. Place the egg/s and sugar in the mixer and beat until creamy.
  2. Add the room temperature butter and the vanilla essence and beat again.
  3. Sift the flour, little by little, directly onto the dough and continue whisking after each addition.
  4. Add the baking powder.
  5. Finally add the milk, beat again until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Muffins – Cupcakes in a bowl – Baking in the Airfryer:

  1. Distribute the mixture into the previously prepared molds, filling them ¾ full.
  2. Place the molds in the Airfryer basket and place them in the drawer – if necessary, divide this step according to the quantity you are preparing and the capacity of your equipment.
  3. Insert the drawer and cook in the Airfryer preheated to 160°C for approximately 20 minutes, this time depends on the power of your equipment.
  4. To check if it is cooked, do the toothpick test: place the toothpick in the center of the cupcake, if it comes out dry it is ready.
  5. Remove the ravioli from the Airfryer.
  6. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the muffin(s) prepared(s) in the airfryer directly into the supplied moulds.
  2. Tip: The muffins can be accompanied with a little jam or honey for an extra touch of flavor.
