Habits analyzed by Harvard researchers
Richard Bransonbillionaire founder of the Virgin group, said that getting up early can create “a positive structure” to face the rest of the day. Explain that instead of waking up at a set time just to get ready for daily tasks, you can set aside a few hours to do some enjoyable activity. How about preparing a delicious breakfast instead of opting for the usual one? That way, every day will feel like a new opportunity to do things differently and so on “it’s worth it”.
On the other hand, the psychologist Travis Bradberryspecialist in emotional intelligence, assured that doing good physical activity in the morning improves mood and provides the body with a high level of energy. 10 minutes of morning physical activity is enough to increase the production of endorphins, hormones that will make you feel more excited and relaxed.
Sally Susmanexecutive of the pharmaceutical company Pfizer, said during the interview that he spends the first minutes of each day planning his routine for the next 24 hours and writing in his diary. When she sits down to write freely and creatively, Sally also pours herself a cup of coffee and dedicates at least 15 minutes to good organization.
