Plum muffins

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (tea) wholemeal flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 cup (tea) skimmed milk
- 1/4 cup (tea) canola oil
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 10 tablespoons corn breakfast cereal (such as Corn Flakes)
- 1/2 cup chopped black plums
- 2 tablespoons of wheat germ
Preparation method:
- In a bowl mix the flour and yeast and set aside.
