PREPARATION:
- Start preparing the filling you prefer -if necessary let it cool.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Pour a little water into a bowl to seal the edges.
- Place a drizzle of olive oil in another bowl to brush the pastries.
PREPARATION:
Fried dough:
- Place the dough on the work surface and cut out rectangles or circles of the desired size.
- Place the filling in the center of one side of the dough.
- Using a brush, apply a little water to the edges of the dough.
- Fold the dough in half and press the edges together to adhere.
- Using a fork, press the edges of the pastry so that it closes well.
Pastries in the Airfryer:
- Heat the Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180°C.
- Lightly brush the entire surface of the pastry with olive oil or oil so that it turns golden when baking – be careful not to soak it, just a little.
- Arrange the pastries in the basket, one next to the other, without stacking them – depending on the quantity, perform this step in several stages.
- Close the Airfryer basket and bake for around 10 minutes at 180°C, this time depends on the brand of your equipment.
- Turn the units 3 or 4 times during the cooking time – this will ensure that all sides are browned evenly.
- Remove them from the basket and place them on a plate.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
