Ingredients:

Syrup

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

Pudding

  • 3 cups of powdered milk
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Preparation method:

  1. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over low heat, without stirring, until a golden syrup forms.
  2. Distribute this syrup into a central hole of 24 cm in diameter.
  3. For the pudding, blend the sugar, milk powder, water, eggs and cornstarch in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour into the caramelized mold and cook in a medium preheated oven in a bain-marie, covered with aluminum foil, for 40 minutes or until solidified.
  5. Leave to cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours before turning out and serving.
