Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oil (tea).
- 1 glass of natural yogurt (200g)
- 2 cups sweet cassava starch
- 1 cup (tea) sour cassava starch
- 1/2 cube of vegetable broth
- 2 cups standard (half-aged) Minas cheese, grated
- Greasing oil
- 2 cups diced fried bacon
- 2 cups (tea) of Catupiry
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the oil, yogurt, starch, salt, vegetable broth and cheese until smooth.
- Pour into oiled cake pans until the bottom is covered.
- Take a portion of bacon and 1 teaspoon of Catupiry. Fill with the dough, making sure it does not exceed half the shape.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes.
