Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oil (tea).
  • 1 glass of natural yogurt (200g)
  • 2 cups sweet cassava starch
  • 1 cup (tea) sour cassava starch
  • 1/2 cube of vegetable broth
  • 2 cups standard (half-aged) Minas cheese, grated
  • Greasing oil
  • 2 cups diced fried bacon
  • 2 cups (tea) of Catupiry

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, beat the oil, yogurt, starch, salt, vegetable broth and cheese until smooth.
  2. Pour into oiled cake pans until the bottom is covered.
  3. Take a portion of bacon and 1 teaspoon of Catupiry. Fill with the dough, making sure it does not exceed half the shape.
  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve then.
