Eggplant appetizer

Ingredients:
- 3 diced aubergines
- 1 yellow pepper chopped
- 1 red chilli chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup seedless black raisins
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup (tea) olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt to taste
- Slices of Italian bread to accompany
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a mold and cook in a low, preheated oven for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and serve with bread.
