Preparation method
Cake
In the blender, place the eggs and beat for 5 minutes. Gradually add the other ingredients, excluding the baking powder, and beat for another 3 minutes. Finally add the yeast and beat again to combine. Book. Grease a baking tray with butter and flour with wheat flour, pour in the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and unmold the cake.
Brigadier
Place the butter, condensed milk and chocolate powder in a pan and heat over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to separate from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well.
Assembly
Crumble the cake into crumbs, add the brigadeiro and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Then, with the help of a spoon, take some of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Repeat the operation with the entire dough and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, place the semi-sweet chocolate in a pan and heat over medium heat until melted. - 1 teaspoon red food coloring
- 5 apples
- 5 ice cream sticks
Preparation method
Add the sugar, vinegar and coloring to a pan and heat over a medium heat until a thick syrup forms. Then thread the apples onto the ice cream sticks and dip them in the syrup. Arrange on a baking tray, wait for it to cool and then serve.
Strawberry popsicle with condensed milk
Ingredients
- 500 g of fresh strawberries
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 200 ml of whole milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation method
Wash the strawberries well, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces. Place the strawberries in the blender and add the lemon juice. Beat until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add condensed milk and milk to the strawberry mixture. Blend everything until the ingredients are completely incorporated, forming a smooth and creamy cream.
Pour the mixture into the molds icicle or in disposable cups. Place the sticks in the center of each popsicle. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or until the popsicles are completely solid.

- 395 condensed milk
- 200 g of cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 200g melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Syrup
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation method
Syrup
In a saucepan, melt the sugar over low heat until it forms a golden caramel. Carefully add the water and continue mixing until the syrup is smooth and homogeneous. Pour the syrup into a pudding mold (with the hole in the center), distributing it evenly over the bottom and sides. Book.
Pudding
In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, milk, eggs, melted chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla essence until smooth. Pour the mixture inside caramelized shape.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C in a bain-marie (place the pudding mold inside a larger baking dish with hot water) for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the pudding will be firm. (do the toothpick test: it must come out clean).
Remove from the oven, let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
