Chocolate pudding blender

Time: 1h (+3h in the fridge)

Performance: 6 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate powder (tea).
  • 2 cans milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Syrup:

  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, heat the syrup ingredients, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until they melt and form a caramel.
  2. Roll it out into a 20cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and set aside.
  3. In a blender, blend the pudding ingredients until you obtain a smooth mixture and pour it into the greased chocolate mold.
  4. Bake in a medium preheated oven in a bain-marie for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, refrigerate for 3 hours. Unmold and serve.
