Baked rice with sausage and bacon

Ingredients:
- 150 g diced bacon
- 1 piece skinless pepperoni, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 ripe tomato without peel and seeds, cut into cubes
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
Preparation method:
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and brown the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
