Baked rice with sausage and bacon

Ingredients:

  • 150 g diced bacon
  • 1 piece skinless pepperoni, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 ripe tomato without peel and seeds, cut into cubes
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and brown the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden brown.
  2. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Pour off the fat from the pan and brown the sausage for 3 minutes in the fat.
  4. Add the ham, rice and tomato and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and season with salt, pepper and green perfume.
  6. Mix half the cheese and distribute it in a round baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and place in a preheated high oven for 10 minutes to brown.
