Bartender Lula Mascella and chef Enrico Villela renew the menu at Lar Mar, in Pinheiros


This month, the beach-vibe bar debuted new features created by the duo; Signature drinks, pizza and seafood are some of the highlights

Lar Mar, a bar with a beach atmosphere located in Pinheiros, has recently introduced some new features on the menu, under the guidance of bartender Lula Mascella, manager of the Picco bar, and chef Enrico Villela, of Elea Forneria.




Mascella presents a selection of exclusive drinks, in the best style of beach bars. This is the case of la pelosa (R$ 40), with cashew sparkling wine, red vermouth, Campari, backyard cherry leaves and citrus peels, gitano (R$ 42), with tequila, cachaça, elderflower liqueur, cucumber, basil and Tahitian lemon and the smoked one (R$ 40), with gin, lemon thyme, aperol, Chinese lapsang souchong tea, bitters and lemon.

Orders created by Villela combine seafood and baked dishes. Among the proposals, a strong dish is the raw tuna (R$78) with boursin, bay orange, pistachio, bottarga and fennel, served on a small pizza. Another choice is the octopus and romesco (R$84), with aioli, lemon and fresh herb salad, served with pizza bread.

From the round selection, the standout is the Piedmontese (R$58), topped with Tulha, mozzarella and sweet gorgonzola, as well as black garlic and foodulette.
