Blended tuna pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- Greasing oil
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Filling
- 1 cup (tea) ready-made tomato sauce
- 2 cans of solid tuna, drained and crumbled
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 onion sliced
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, olive oil and flour until creamy.
- Add the yeast and beat quickly.
- Pour the mixture into a 30cm diameter mold and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove, spread the tomato sauce and cover with the rest of the filling ingredients and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
