Salami croquette

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ricotta puree
  • 1/2 cup ground salami
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup chopped salami
  • 1 jar of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 2 egg whites lightly beaten
  • 1 cup (tea) breadcrumbs for dusting
  • Frying oil

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl mix the ricotta with the salami, parmesan, egg and breadcrumbs.
  2. Mix the milk little by little until it forms a firm dough that can be rolled.
  3. Open small portions of dough with your hands, place the chopped salami mixed with the cream cheese in the centre, close and roll up like a croquette.
  4. Dip them in the egg white and then in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry a little at a time in hot oil and serve immediately.
