Breaded courgettes, which remain crunchy and dry, without frying and are healthier
Another healthy recipe, made in the oven, this time with breaded courgettes.

Ingredients: Courgettes Milanese style without frying
– 2 pieces of courgettes, cut into thin slices
– salt to taste
– pepper to taste
– 1 unit of beaten egg
– 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs THE
– 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan
– olive oil to taste, for greasing and drizzling
– 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils to make the recipe.
PREPARATION:
Courgettes Milanese style without frying:
- Wash and cut the courgettes, preferably with a mandolin, into thin slices no more than 0.5 cm. Spread the slices on absorbent paper, cover with more absorbent paper and press to remove moisture.
- Grate the parmesan if you didn’t buy it grated.
- Season the courgettes with salt (optional) and pepper.
- Beat the egg in a shallow dish.
- On another plate, place the breadcrumbs mixed with the grated parmesan.
- Dip the courgette slices first in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs and parmesan mixture.
- Grease one or more shallow baking trays with a drizzle of oil and place the courgette slices, without overlapping them.
- Drizzle the courgettes with a drizzle of olive oil and arrange the rosemary sprig(s) on the baking tray to flavor them.
- Place in the preheated oven at 220ºC to cook for about 10 minutes.
Courgettes Milanese style without frying:
- After 10 minutes, turn the courgette slices and cook them on the other side until they are golden and crispy.
- Turn off and remove from oven.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve to breaded courgettes without frying as an accompaniment to your dishes, or even as a snack.
