6-year-old Lena lost a tooth while traveling by plane between Norway and the United States
An unusual gesture by the pilot saved a trip that must have been traumatic for a six-year-old girl. This is because Josh Duchow, of United Airlines, wrote a note to the “tooth fairy” to reassure little Lena, who had lost a tooth during the flight between Norway and the United States.
Lena was concerned when she noticed the “window” in her mouth and asked her mother how the fairy would visit her to exchange her tooth for coins. According to the Goodnews Network website, they lost their teeth when they landed in South Carolina after a 36-hour flight.
“We tried to get back on the plane, but the gate was already closed. It was early in the morning, “her mother told Good Morning America, after she went viral on social media sharing the story. Lena was crying a lot because she wouldn’t have a visit from the tooth fairy, as she would have nothing to leave under her pillow. .
Noticing the girl’s desperation, United Airlines pilot Josh Duchow decided to intercede and write a note. “Dear Tooth Fairy, Lena lost her tooth in a flight. Please take this note for her tooth, “she wrote. Happy ending everyone!
