The SP bakery famous for giant coxinha now makes the grilled version; look how it is





Famous for producing super chopsticks with a rich filling, weighing 1 kg, the ZN Bakery, in Sao Paulo, has innovated once again and created the savory grilled version. It is divided in half, receives a generous layer of catupiry and is heated until it forms a crispy crust.

“What was good is now better. You asked and we answered!! Now available on the menu – Coxinha na Chapa, and best of all: you can choose any coxinha flavor we have available! Come and try it!”, says the text from a post on the venue’s Instagram.

“Oh God, why do we follow this page when we live far away, Lord?” complained one Internet user. “He managed to improve something he thought couldn’t improve!”, another follower reacted.

The bakery sells, in addition to the traditional version with chicken filling, thighs with dried meat filling, prawns, ribs with cream cheese, broccoli with catupiry, salmon with cream cheese and free-range (chicken, corn and bacon, breaded in flour panko).
