The fight between MC Daniele AND Lorena Maria for the pension of his 8-month-old son Rás, received new public accusations last Thursday, the 23rd. The statement was made on Instagram, where the MC stated that his intention was to legally formalize the responsibilities related to his son. The speech had repercussions and motivated a new demonstration by Lorena, who returned to the networks to rebuke her ex-boyfriend.
“Since the other person wants to try to prove themselves in some way, I will be a little more specific: since Rás was born, I have managed everything alone and as a woman after giving birth,” the influencer began. She explained that the house where she lives with her son was rented by the singer so that the couple could live together and that there is a contract in place. “If I leave early, it’s a fine,” he wrote.

Lorena also claimed that after the breakup, Daniel started paying the nanny about three months ago. According to her, it was the only expense she incurred directly. “The R$38,000 he talks about is the total of the house he rented for his family to live in, together with the nanny he started paying and that’s it,” he said.
The influencer also said that he had even sent a draft out-of-court agreement requesting only the support of a driver and a security guard, when necessary, to move his son, but that the request was rejected. “For a month without responding and without signing the draft according to the bases, after personal facts, he sent another one denying the bases and reducing what he had done for his son,” he explained.
Lorena denied going to court over custody, as the singer suggested. According to her, MC Daniel’s lawsuit was filed only recently. “He came with this yesterday. He paid yesterday. And it was already expected that he would try to do this to influence me. So no, I didn’t go to the legal department because of this, but because you didn’t agree to do the groundwork and it needs to be taken to court, which is the right thing to do,” he wrote.
The singer has not yet spoken out after the influencer’s new statement.
MC Daniel and Lorena dated for a year and got engaged. Rás was born in February and, about five months later, the couple announced the end of their relationship.
