Ingredients:
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 cans sugar (use empty can of condensed milk to measure)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine
- 200g grated coconut
- 1 cup toasted and ground cashews
- Margarine for greasing
Preparation method:
- In a pan, combine the condensed milk, sugar, margarine, coconut and cook over medium heat, stirring until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat, add the chestnut and beat with a spoon for 10 minutes or until it thickens.
- Spread it in a greased 25×30 cm pan and let it cool.
- Cut into squares and serve immediately.
