Easy Kale Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 bunch kale, sliced
  • 200 g of cooked ham cut into thin strips
  • 5 beaten eggs
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a pan with half the oil and fry the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the cabbage, season with salt and sauté until wilted.
  3. Add the ham, mix and turn off the heat.
  4. Heat a pan with the remaining oil.
  5. Add the sautéed cabbage together with the eggs beaten with salt and cook over low heat until thickened and golden.
  6. Transfer to a large plate and serve.
