Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 bunch kale, sliced
- 200 g of cooked ham cut into thin strips
- 5 beaten eggs
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- Heat a pan with half the oil and fry the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage, season with salt and sauté until wilted.
- Add the ham, mix and turn off the heat.
- Heat a pan with the remaining oil.
- Add the sautéed cabbage together with the eggs beaten with salt and cook over low heat until thickened and golden.
- Transfer to a large plate and serve.
