Moroccan salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of wheat grains
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can of cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 bunch of washed lettuce
Preparation method:
- Place the wheat in a pressure cooker and cover it with water up to 3 fingers above the grains.
- Cover and place over low heat and cook for 30 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Allow the pressure to release and release.
- Leave to cool and add the chicken, nuts, raisins, mayonnaise and cream.
- Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
