GLUTEN-FREE AND LACTOSE-FREE PANCAKES Ingredients

– 2/3 cup(s) of almond milk (vegetable) (or other milk of your choice)

– 1 unit of eggs

– 3/4 teaspoon(s) of clarified butter (or other butter of your choice) + a little to grease the pan (optional)

– 2/3 cup(s) gluten-free flour mix

– salt to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. This recipe makes 5 small 18 to 20cm pancakes per 2 servings.

PREPARATION:

Gluten-free and lactose-free pancakes:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender THEu in a bowl or in a mixer (almond milk, eggs, clarified butter or other butter of your choice, gluten-free flour mix and salt).
  2. Beat until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Place a pan, preferably non-stick, on medium heat.
  4. When hot, spread a little ghee with a sheet of paper towel just to grease it.
  5. Using a ladle, take a portion of the dough, place it in the center of the non-stick pan and rotate it until it covers ¾ of the bottom.
  6. When it comes out of the pan, turn it over with a spatula and cook it on the other side too.
  7. Remove from the pan and set aside on a serving plate.
  8. Continue the operation with the rest of the dough, greasing again when necessary.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve to Gluten-free and lactose-free pancakes for breakfast or stuff it and turn it into your main dish.
