The specialist uses a device with radio frequency wave technology
Research indicates that localized fat and sagging are the most common ailments of patients in cosmetic studies and clinics.
Although the market already has several aesthetic procedures capable of reshaping the human body, the softness of the skin continues to be the subject of complaints.
However, a new device, called BodyTite, works by means of radio frequency waves and promises to eliminate fat, heal relaxation of the body and put an end to skin retraction.
In Brazil, plastic surgeon Wilian Pires, known for serving several celebrities in Goiás and the Federal District, decided to invest in the equipment. A lover of cutting-edge technologies, the doctor discovered BodyTite during a course he taught abroad.
At the time, he realized that the device could improve the results of procedures such as liposculpture, a technique used to reshape the contour of the body, through liposuction and the reapplication of aspirated fat in other regions of the body.
“A friend who lives in Costa Rica showed me BodyTite and I was surprised at the difference in the patient outcome,” he says.
The equipment has four tips dedicated to the area of the body to be treated. BodyTite, the best known tip that gives the device its name, acts by means of a three-dimensional contraction of the dermis, the subcutaneous connective tissue and the deep adipose tissue.
The component includes a handle with two ends: a thin cannula that inserts into the skin and a probe that is placed on the outside of the body. Radio frequency is transmitted between the two and applied to the tissues.
Beyond that, the platform has three other suggestions: AccuTite, FaceTite, and Morpheus, which promote rejuvenation, facial reshaping, and body reshaping.
“The device has many benefits, but one point caught my eye: minimal scarring. And the recovery times are very short ”, emphasizes the plastic surgeon.
