- 1kg of strawberry chopped
- 340 g of low-fat natural yogurt
- Xylitol to taste
Preparation method
Place the strawberries, low-fat yogurt and sweetener in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Then pour into ice lolly molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer, add the sticks and place in the refrigerator for another 2 hours. Serve immediately.
Watermelon popsicle
Ingredients
- 8 cups of tea watermelon chopped and seeded
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Preparation method
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 5 minutes. Then pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer, insert the sticks and place back in the refrigerator until the ice lollies have completely hardened. Serve immediately.

- 3 peeled and chopped kiwis
