Ingredients:
- 3 cups ham (cubed)
- 1 cup seedless black raisins
- 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
- 600 g of freshly grated parmesan
- Basil leaves to decorate
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the ham, raisins, potatoes, carrots, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and green chilies.
- Reserve in the refrigerator.
- For the basket, place a portion of grated cheese in a non-stick pan, evenly covering the entire bottom, and let it brown over medium heat.
- Place it on an individual baking tray with the bottom facing upwards and form the basket with the help of a tea towel.
- Repeat the process making other baskets with the rest of the cheese.
