Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can canned peas, drained
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
- 1/2 cup toasted and chopped cashews
- 2 packs of cream (400g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the rice, chicken, peas, ham, raisins, chestnuts and cream.
- Season with salt, pepper and mix.
- Distribute it in a large baking dish and sprinkle it with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
