Practical Christmas baking rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can canned peas, drained
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
  • 1/2 cup toasted and chopped cashews
  • 2 packs of cream (400g)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice, chicken, peas, ham, raisins, chestnuts and cream.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Distribute it in a large baking dish and sprinkle it with mozzarella and parmesan.
  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve then.
