A very easy and convenient low carb “instant” pan bread.

Recipe for 2 people.

Ingredients LOW CARB PAN BREAD

– 2 units of eggs

– 2 tablespoons olive oil + a little for greasing

– 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of almond flour

– 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of golden flaxseed flour

– 2 teaspoons of water

– 1 teaspoon(s) of chemical yeast B

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
  2. Quantity for 1 loaf – 2 portions – you get a large slice of 15cm

PREPARATION:

Low Carb Skillet Bread:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Leave to rest for about 3 minutes for the flaxseeds to gel.
  3. Grease a non-stick pan with olive oil.
  4. In a small stove, overlap all stove grates so the flame is away from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Transfer the dough for 1 serving for 2 people to a small greased pan and, with wet hands, roll out and level the dough.
  6. Place the pan on stacked racks on the stove and turn on the heat.
  7. Cover and cook for about 7 minutes until the dough is dry on the sides and almost firm in the centre.
  8. Turn and cook for another 3 minutes or just enough for the bread to cook completely.
  9. Follow the previous procedures to make more slices if you are preparing multiple portions.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. THE low carb skillet bread can be left at room temperature overnight.
  2. In the refrigerator, for 3 days or if frozen, the shelf life is 30 days.
  3. To consume, reheat if desired.
