A very easy and convenient low carb “instant” pan bread.
Recipe for 2 people.

Ingredients LOW CARB PAN BREAD
– 2 units of eggs
– 2 tablespoons olive oil + a little for greasing
– 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of almond flour
– 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of golden flaxseed flour
– 2 teaspoons of water
– 1 teaspoon(s) of chemical yeast B
PREPARATION:
- Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
- Quantity for 1 loaf – 2 portions – you get a large slice of 15cm
PREPARATION:
Low Carb Skillet Bread:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Leave to rest for about 3 minutes for the flaxseeds to gel.
- Grease a non-stick pan with olive oil.
- In a small stove, overlap all stove grates so the flame is away from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer the dough for 1 serving for 2 people to a small greased pan and, with wet hands, roll out and level the dough.
- Place the pan on stacked racks on the stove and turn on the heat.
- Cover and cook for about 7 minutes until the dough is dry on the sides and almost firm in the centre.
- Turn and cook for another 3 minutes or just enough for the bread to cook completely.
- Follow the previous procedures to make more slices if you are preparing multiple portions.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- THE low carb skillet bread can be left at room temperature overnight.
- In the refrigerator, for 3 days or if frozen, the shelf life is 30 days.
- To consume, reheat if desired.
