Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 500 g of minced meat
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 peeled and seeded tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 cups sliced okra
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the minced meat until all the water has dried up. Add the garlic, onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the tomato, okra, salt, black pepper and cover. Cook for 15 minutes, over low heat, adding water when necessary or until the okra has softened. Serve immediately, if desired, sprinkled with chives.
