Ingredients ORANGE CAKE WITHOUT SUGAR AND FLOUR

– 2 oranges (juice and zest) – 1 orange = approximately 35 ml of juice

– 2 cups almond flour (or raw almonds without peel)

– 50 ml coconut oil + a little for greasing (or other oil of your choice)

PREPARATION:

  1. For 1 complete recipe (4 portions), use a 20cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper: grease the baking paper with a little coconut oil.
  2. Separate the utensils and ingredients for the recipe.
  3. Wash the orange(s), remove the zest from the peel(s) and extract the juice.
  4. If you don’t have almond flour, process flaked almonds or even boiled raw almonds, peeled and dried, until they become a very fine flour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
