The end of the year is synonymous with decorated houses, laid tables, gifts for everyone and family together. Everything is beautiful and flawless, right? However, few realize that behind this celebration there is the work of mothers, grandmothers, aunts and daughters-in-law. In other words: women ‘commit’ themselves so that the ‘magic’ of Christmas is present on the night of the 24th. And also in the lunch of the 25th. The burden falls on the women of many families at this time of year. And, for those who don’t know, they are SOLD OUT.

“Women must learn that no one can manage everything. There are invisible cultural standards, which we assimilate through films, series and even the education we receive. The search for perfection for external validation is one of them. In this search, it seems there’s always something missing. So we have to be women-athletes, super mothers, super hostesses.”

Finally, Juliana explains the importance of taking a break and prioritizing what really matters. “Put your energy into what’s important to you in 2025. You need to think about realistic goals… And of course, learn to delegate without dealing with women’s guilt. Women feel guilty and that needs to change” , he concludes.
