It is a prosperous period for the lightness of our fantasies. Knowing what you want, having a mission, a special goal is really an important step for many people. However, frustration comes when the year ends and goals are barely achieved or not achieved at all.
Feelings about unachieved goals
The most common feelings reported by those who have failed to achieve their dreams are: frustration, guilt and fear. Frustration happens because you thought you were capable of accomplishing something that didn’t happen. The feeling of guilt comes when the year ends and when looking back the person realizes that they could have taken other paths, made different choices and discomfort sets in.
