Gizzard under pressure

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of clean gizzard
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • 3 diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil and then brown the garlic and onion
  2. Add the chicken broth, tomatoes and gizzards
