- 2 tender thigh steaks
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 1/2 glass of dark beer at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preparation method:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat half the butter and then fry the steaks for 3 minutes on each side until evenly browned.
- Stay warm.
- Meanwhile, in the same pan, melt the remaining butter and brown the onion for 1 minute, stirring.
- Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the beer and mix until it thickens.
- Stir in the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.

- Add bell pepper, tomato, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes or until the water dries up.
- Turn off the heat, mix in the green perfume and transfer to a medium ovenproof dish.
- Top with cauliflower and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Place in high, preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve then.
Creamed corn with bacon

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup chopped bacon
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 cups milk (tea)
- 2 cups canned corn (without water)
- Salt and nutmeg to taste
- 2 cups (tea) of cream
Preparation method:
- In a pan, heat the margarine and brown the bacon
- Remove the bacon and set aside
- In the meantime, in the same pan, brown the onion until golden brown, add the flour and mix well to avoid the formation of lumps.
- Pour in the milk and half the corn, add salt and nutmeg and cook until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and set aside
- In a blender, blend the other half of the corn with the cream until smooth.
- Mix it with the cream in the pan, put it back on a low heat and then cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it is very creamy.

- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup black-eyed peas cooked in broth
- Salt, black pepper and chopped coriander to taste
- 1 cup ricotta (diced)
Preparation method:
- In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the bacon until golden brown.
- Add the peppers, onion, garlic, pepper and sauté for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the dried meat, rice, beans with the broth and brown, stirring, for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, coriander and turn off the heat.
- Add the ricotta and mix.
- Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
