Ingredients:

  • 2 tender thigh steaks
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
  • 1/2 glass of dark beer at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation method:

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat half the butter and then fry the steaks for 3 minutes on each side until evenly browned.
  3. Stay warm.
  4. Meanwhile, in the same pan, melt the remaining butter and brown the onion for 1 minute, stirring.
  5. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the beer and mix until it thickens.
  7. Stir in the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Turn off the heat and add the mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.
  9. Butter the steaks, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400 g of cleaned shrimps
  • 500 g of screw or penne pasta
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green chili powder

Preparation method:

  1. Heat the olive oil, add the onion and garlic and let them brown.
  2. Add the prawns and brown them for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the pasta, sauce, cream, water, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the pan and let sit for 3 minutes after sizzling begins.
  5. Release all the pressure from the pan without adding water, remove the pasta from the pan and transfer it to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with the green perfume and serve immediately.

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the chicken breast seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper for 5 minutes or until golden brown and all the water has dried up.
  2. Add the onion, curry powder, chicken broth, green beans, cabbage and sauté for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add the rice, coriander, season with salt if necessary and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Turn off and then serve.

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 diced onion
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 1 diced seedless tomato
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
  • 2 cups cooked cauliflower florets al dente
  • 5 tablespoons grated parmesan for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the minced meat and brown for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, tomato, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes or until the water dries up.
  5. Turn off the heat, mix in the green perfume and transfer to a medium ovenproof dish.
  6. Top with cauliflower and sprinkle with parmesan.
  7. Place in high, preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve then.

  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 3 cups milk (tea)
  • 2 cups canned corn (without water)
  • Salt and nutmeg to taste
  • 2 cups (tea) of cream

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, heat the margarine and brown the bacon
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside
  3. In the meantime, in the same pan, brown the onion until golden brown, add the flour and mix well to avoid the formation of lumps.
  4. Pour in the milk and half the corn, add salt and nutmeg and cook until it thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside
  6. In a blender, blend the other half of the corn with the cream until smooth.
  7. Mix it with the cream in the pan, put it back on a low heat and then cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it is very creamy.
  8. Arrange on a serving plate and serve with the fried bacon on top.

  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 1 can of cream
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste

Preparation method:

  3. Add ketchup, mushrooms, chicken broth, water and sauté for 3 minutes

  5. Immediately afterwards, pour the vegetable broth dissolved in the water and wait for it to reach the boil and reduce by half.

  • 1/2 cup butter (tea).
  • 1 cup diced bacon
  • 1 slice pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 500 g of desalted, cooked and chopped dried meat
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup black-eyed peas cooked in broth
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped coriander to taste
  • 1 cup ricotta (diced)

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the bacon until golden brown.
  2. Add the peppers, onion, garlic, pepper and sauté for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add the dried meat, rice, beans with the broth and brown, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and turn off the heat.
  5. Add the ricotta and mix.
  6. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
