After all, yogurt has great nutritional value, being made up of proteins, vitamins and mineralsas well as being an excellent regulator of intestinal functioning, and cannot be excluded from the diet! Ingredients:
- 2L of partially skimmed lactose-free milk
- 410 gyogurt skimmed without lactose
- 4 tablespoons lactose-free milk powder
Preparation method:
- Place the milk in a saucepan and heat it until it boils.
- After boiling, reserve the milk and let it cool.
- Once the milk is lukewarm, add the lactose-free milk powder and yogurt skim without lactose and mix until completely dissolved.
- Distribute in covered glass jars.
- Leave to rest for approximately 13 hours in a closed place (e.g.: microwave off) at room temperature.
- After 13 hours, continue wavingyogurt homemade lactose-free in the fridge.
- Finally, serve immediately and enjoy your meal.
